the service was outstanding the staff were really friendly and helpful. my son enjoyed various activities, especially the professional shows at night made by the amazing animation team. special thanks to lale from the puppies club for keeping him engaged. the food was delicious and the location was also excellent overlooking the pool.

cleaning could be more thorough.

sure, the baklava was lovely, but the sushi bar is an absolute joke, definetly not sushi. And seriously, my earbuds vanished during cleaning and not even a hint of an apology. one would expect better treatment, perhaps a complimentary massage to soothe the disappointment? sadly, I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

I had a blast for 5 nights! The beach was ideal for chilling, and the staff were super friendly, especially during meals. Loved the snack bar for quick bites between activities. Just frustrating that the housekeeping didn’t really shine—bathtub was left dirty more than once.
